The pre-surgery photo was really ugly even if I covered it up.
It was a short nose with thick skin and a dried columella so there was no complex... I had
a short nose, box nose and columella corrected and also had an osteotomy, so I thought there would be a lot of swelling and bruising, but it was worse than I expected. It wasn't that bad.
I slept sitting down for a few days to get rid of the swelling, and I went for a walk and did a lot of steaming. I went to the hospital to check on the progress, and they said the swelling went down really quickly. Haha.
My skin is thick and my nose is short, so they said that costal cartilage is essential wherever I go. So I used costal cartilage, and
my nose was bigger than I thought. It's really thin, and I'm glad that the correction of the columella went well.
Even though the director said it couldn't be raised much, I'm satisfied with the height!
Will the swelling go down further in two or three months??
