 In the photo, it's after surgery on the left/before surgery on the right.
Even though they shaved the beak and made a curved nose osteotomy, they say they put in 4mm implants, but I can't tell how much bone was shaved off. It would have been prettier if they had just shaved the beak slightly or had surgery to make the nose higher to match the height of the beak. I don't think so, but what do you think?
Also, the bridge between the eyebrows and the bridge of the nose is really avatar. Is this swelling..?
And if I have surgery, will my nasal wings come down a lot and my nostrils will spread out??
