I had been thinking about getting nose surgery for 5 years, but eventually decided and had nose bridge + nose tip surgery.
Until then, my nose wasn't that weird and I didn't have a lot of greed, so I just kept getting filler or HIKO, but
as the number of times increased, my nose spread. It got worse and I wasn't satisfiedㅠㅠ
A person's greed.....there's no end hahaha
So in the end, I kept going through a lot of hand and foot work and I think I went to over 15 military units!!
sudden!!! Tot!!! There wasn't a hospital that I liked.
Since I was having surgery, I wanted to do something fancy, but my skin was also thin, and many doctors suggested using a lot of costal cartilage for a fancy nose.
In addition, because the skin was thin, it was necessary to add bast tissue or autologous tissue.
I was too scared to use costal cartilage from the first surgery... I think that's why it was more difficult to find itㅠㅠ
I think I was more scared and worried about rhinoplasty since it has many side effects, so I went around it more haha.
But the thing about foot surgery...it's easier than you think. It wasn't work haha.
Later on, I was so tired that I thought about not doing it at all!!
At the same time, the director and I were in perfect agreement with each other, including the tendencies we pursue, and everything from the hospital facilities to follow-up care was perfect! I have found a hospital that I like and am passionate about!!
Is this fate..? Hahahaha
So I decided right away without even thinking hahaha
This is the hospital where I went for consultation thinking it was the last time, and I really liked the director's consultation as well ㅠㅠ
He only performs surgery on one patient a day, and the director is there for life from start to finish. What I liked most was that they took responsibility for everything.
No one knows anything!! Maybe that's why I started to believe it!!
So I
got the surgery right away haha. I had the surgery done by Dr. Gangnam ㄷㄹ / ㅅㅇㅈ.
I preferred the straight socks line, but I'm so happy that the line looks so pretty according to my face shape. My
skin is very thin, so I originally tried to go with 4mm at first. They put it in at 3mm~
And my nose was too short and too small to use my nasal septum, so I only used ear cartilage!
Also, on the first day, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to breathe because they usually put cotton in my nose, but it was very comfortable because there was no cotton in my nose and it
didn't bleed much. At first, my face didn't have as much swelling as I thought, so oh! I tried it, but when I took off the splint, I found that there was more swelling in my nose than I thought. Haha.
There is still a lot of swelling, so when I look at it from the front, I think I still look a little fat!
I feel like it's not my nose lol
Other than that, I'm living very well without any discomfort so far!
But as the swelling goes down, I'm really excited and excited to
see my nose get thinner and thinner. I can't wait to see the swelling go down and my nose gets thinner. I'll just have to wait! Haha, you can become prettier, right?
