1. First surgery where the silicone was too high
2. Second surgery after changing to a lower silicone level
3. Re-operation due to my personal opinion that my nose was getting shorter and
I was concerned about contractures
(I wanted to raise the silicone even by 1mm, but the doctor said during the surgery)
The silicone was too much like a piece of paper, and since my forehead is high, I decided it was not necessary to put it in.)
4. There was a rumor that the 3rd surgery hospital was using very long extensions, so I asked them not to remove it too long.
There was no silicone, so I felt like my nose was too long. . Third, slightly shorter reoperation at a hospital.
After the last surgery, the middle part of the nose is saggy, it feels a bit like a bird's beak, and the tip of the nose is saggy. (Only the tip of the nose is ear cartilage.) I'm
just trying to live with some level of satisfaction with the side line...
but the front view looks significantly lower than the side view. It seems. I don't like the feeling of the middle of my nose being saggy, and
I don't like the feeling of the tip of my nose falling off... ㅠㅠㅠ
Maybe it
's because I've already tasted silicone, but the current front view without silicone
feels like there are no highlights?
I don't like the lumpy feel.
But I also don't like the feeling of having a nose that has had too much fancy plastic surgery... ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
After going to the hospital for consultation, I found out that the problem with my nose now
is that it is falling down, and the height of the side lines is high, but the front looks like there is no nose bridge.
So it looks plain. Are your nostrils asymmetrical?
During consultations at several places, I found two hospitals that I liked.
The first hospital
said that after the osteotomy, they would lightly lay down the nose with silicone (since there is no nasal septum), build a support for the tip of the nose with autologous ribs, and
since the skin is thin, they should lay it down with the dermis. There are a lot of review photos, and they say, '
I really like it, but the price is too high, ㅠㅠㅠ Silicone, self-made ribs, and even dermis... I wonder if it's too fancy... ㅠㅠ The 2nd
hospital is
the 3rd hospital. This is a hospital run by a junior doctor, and since the surgical techniques are similar, I thought he would know better
.
I made two suggestions.
1. Osteotomy, slightly fill in the missing part of the nose with ear cartilage, and fill the tip of the nose with the original ear cartilage.
Self-dermal treatment for the bridge and tip of the nose.
2. Using Alloderm for the bridge and tip of the nose with silicone.
Which would you choose? ㅠㅠ......
I'm really worried and stressed out every day.
I don't know if it's right to have surgery again...
