3 years after surgery, the tip of my nose is strangely pressed. Is it saggy? Could it be inflammation?ㅠ It seems like it got red once and then became like that...ㅠ I've never had any throbbing, pain, or heat, but there was a time when it got really red. And it felt like it was pressed like that. There's no problem with the side view, but it feels like it's pressed like that at a 45 degree angle. This is me. The third photo is from the first year after the surgery. If it doesn't look too bad, I'll just live with it, but I'm praying that it's not just inflammation. Do you think there's a bit of a problem? Do you feel like you just got saggy?
