It's been a little over a year since I had my nose surgery. I really liked it at first, but after 3 months, it's starting to come down. What should I do with my second nose surgery? The first time I had a nose job and I ended up with contractures, and the second time, there was no inflammation, but the tip of my nose has come down too much. I'm stressed. Do I have to do it three times? haha
