A week after the surgery, my face didn't feel like my own, but now my face is back to my old face. It's still a little different because there's still some remaining swelling.
Overall, the swelling on the left side has gone down a lot, but the right side is still a little puffy, and the area around the noble area, about the size of a 500 won coin, is still a bit hard. The hospital said it was all swelling.
And the swelling in the tight area next to my nose started to go down, so it became slightly hollow. As the swelling goes down further, nasolabial folds will appear naturally, right?
The swelling in my philtrum seems to have gone down by half. Maybe it's because I used a lot of muscles while chatting with friends on Saturday, but when I smile, half of my upper teeth are visible. When I talk, about 3mm of my upper teeth are visible, and it still feels unnatural when I talk or smile.
The front still has a bit of a monkey-like impression, so I'm not sure if it's gotten prettier.
However, the reason why you wrote that the monkey-like impression still remains is because you remember your old face well, right? So, even if it is a small swelling, it looks very different to my eyes.
On Saturday (11th day after surgery), I went to the beauty salon and told the hairdresser that my face was a little different from my original face because of the swelling, and she said that she had no idea why it was that way. He said.
However, my friends said that my expression had changed a lot, whether it was because of the swelling or something else.
When I had surgery, the most common thing I heard was whether I had nose surgery or chin surgery. I guess it's because you don't think it was surgery done by a nobleman, right?
What changed after the surgery? I also looked at old photos and looked at my current appearance in the mirror. Even though I had surgery, I wasn't sure what had changed, so I looked at it for a while and felt it.
It feels like the wings of my nose are being cleaned up.
They say that nobles make your nose stand out, and I think that's true.
The original face had round nose, slightly large nose wings, and the nasal wings were slightly dead, but since the nasal wings were slightly raised and adjusted (as if noble implants were inserted underneath to raise them slightly...), would you say that the nose looks neater? It feels neatly organized. However, they say that noble people have widened nostrils, and it really looks like they are slightly widened and the nostrils are also bigger. Still, I am satisfied with the way my nose wings look prettier.
The bridge of my nose was a bit large and long, but I think it lifted slightly after becoming a nobleman. So the side profile has become much prettier than before.
I think people with flared nasal wings and short noses should undergo the noble surgery in conjunction with nose surgery.
And the mouth didn't stick out in the first place. Since it is noble, it looks a little deeper in comparison, so even though it is not a small chin, it makes the chin look a little smaller and the overall face looks a little smaller.
At first, the foreign body sensation felt like a tooth was stuck in my gums. I still have the foreign body sensation, but as each day goes by, it feels like the foreign body sensation is gradually fading away. If more time passes like this, there will come a day when the foreign body sensation disappears, right?
