The nose wasn't low, but it had a hooked beak, which was a complex problem. I had surgery for correction. The beak was slightly ground down, a thin layer of silicone was placed on top of it, and the tip of the nose was slightly raised with ear cartilage to match the height.
From the third year onwards, the beak slightly protruded again, but you wouldn't be able to tell with the naked eye, but if you look at the photos taken by others, it was slightly higher. I see it.
I was informed of this in advance at the time of surgery, and I think it turned out more naturally.
