I don't like showing my nostrils, but I wanted to correct my protruding mouth, so I set a goal of 95 degree nasal angle. I emphasized to the director to make the nose well.
But on the second day after surgery, the tip of my nose is lifted, the philtrum is longer, and my nostrils are too round.
I posted this because I thought it would make my nose look longer if I didn't raise the tip of my nose, but did I get the surgery wrong? I'm so depressed.
I feel like I've got a snub nose and my philtrum has grown too long. What should I do?
