okay if you can see the nostrils, but there is nothing to be gained by using the septum, and you won't have a pig's nose, only a hard nose. I
waited, thinking that if more time passed, the nostrils wouldn't be visible, but when I
came to my senses after 8 months, I had a nose revision surgery. Are you looking into it?
