 My nose was low and the tip of my nose was drooping, so it was too stressful, so I thought I should have nose surgery.

I wanted to do it naturally, so I used the nasal septum and ear cartilage to raise the tip of the nose without implants. I had a wide nose, so I had an osteotomy, a slightly sharpened corner of the nose, and corrected my nose.
