4. I showed them a photo of my nose that was modified with Photoshop and asked them to do this.
5. I wanted ear cartilage, but they said that my past history and my nasal septum were weak, so they recommended costal cartilage and
told me to open my nose to find out. I asked them to give me ear cartilage before I lay down on the operating table.
After surgery
1. I am not satisfied with the shape based on my subjective opinion. I didn't know what a rectus abdominis was and I didn't tell them, but my nose tip is excessive and upturned,
which seems to accentuate the shortcomings of my face shape. The shape
of my columella is different from the grape shop photo I showed you, which I wanted. 2. The firmness of the costal cartilage... I think it's more accurate to express it as hardness. It's uncomfortable.
3. They said I could do weight lifting 4 weeks after the costal cartilage was harvested... but I couldn't do anything for 2 months. (I have to use my body due to the nature of my job.)
4. Alloderm on the bridge of my nose... I found out about Alloderm after the surgery.
I didn't even know what Alloderm was... I hate silicone, so do you think I wanted to have artificial dermis that was chemically treated
