<염증 발생 하루 전><염증 발생일><염증 발생 다음 날><코 세척 후><염증 가라앉음>I had a reoperation, and after living with silicone for 7 years,
I only had to replace it due to issues with the silicone showing through, peeling off, and making it difficult to breathe
.
The recovery speed after the surgery was much faster than the first surgery, so
there was no swelling at all from the second week
on . I got Botox between the eyebrows and exercise, but I think this was the root of the problem.
I was thinking that I should exercise my buttocks so as not to draw blood as much as possible, but it's been a while since I worked out, and it was fun, so I felt like I was drawing blood, so I just did it...
Botox between the eyebrows is only at home, so I suddenly want to get it because the wrinkles between the eyebrows bother me
. I was told that it wouldn't affect plastic surgery after searching on the internet and consulting a dermatologist.
(I even asked at the hospital for reoperation, and the doctor said that unless there was a bacterial infection on the needle, he couldn't confirm for sure that the botox between the eyebrows was the cause.
But I think this is the cause. 8 Seems like a discount..)
I had an infection and looked it up and found that reoperation usually has a slow recovery and a high risk of inflammation.
But in fact, I didn't have any inflammation even after wearing silicone for seven years, and the recovery speed was so good that I was relieved.
Anyway, after getting Botox, my forehead hurt a little
. I was thinking of going, but from the next day, the swelling that remained between my eyebrows, like a hematoma, started to bother me, so I
was anxious and made an appointment at the hospital for the following Saturday.
Strangely, after the Botox and exercise, I felt a burning sensation in my nose when I turned to the side when I slept. Is it just recovery from surgery? I looked at it (it was like this for 2 months during the first treatment)
, but on Friday morning, I felt something tingling
and it was swollen. There was no way I could tell it was inflammation. My entire nose was very itchy and swollen, and it hurt and felt hot when I touched it. I
immediately contacted the hospital, and they made an appointment for me and got a treatment for
the area between my eyebrows. I pricked it and pulled it out,
but they said there was no inflammation. I got an antibiotic injection that day (it's an intramuscular injection, so I feel nauseous when I get it... I feel like there's a lot of blood in my blood...).
I took some antibiotics, and the pain got better, but the swelling was still the same the next day... at
the hospital . When I asked about it, it usually subsides the next day after taking antibiotics, but since it was the weekend, I was told to come back if I felt anxious, so I went for another injection the next day. On this day, I applied
numbing cream, injected the injection into the skin inside the nostril, and pulled out the inflammation, and they said it was slightly inflamed.
I asked about cleaning it...
It's good to control inflammation in the early stage.
This is cleaning, which means opening the nose again, taking out the silicone, and putting it back in. I
was worried, and in fact, I was thinking about removing it, so I thought why not give it a try, and did it
a day before, on the same day. I received a lot of injections and was also put under anesthesia.
Anyway, when I came out, there was no more swelling than on the first day of surgery
. In fact, unlike when I got an antibiotic injection, the inflammation subsided right away and the bridge of my nose became smaller. I will
monitor it periodically for two weeks and if the condition is good, the swelling subsided immediately. They say it's safe to say
that the inflammation has been cured , and they say there was inflammation flowing under the silicone.
It's usually a case of bacteria infiltrating, but no matter how much I think about it, I think the botox bacteria between the eyebrows played a role in my worsening condition (I was sleeping at 30:00 in the morning and working out). ...
What I felt as the inflammation occurred was that even though I thought it couldn't be me, it was mentally difficult when it ended up being me... I
was able to be a bit calm. I thought about going ahead with erecting an ear cartilage support during the reoperation, but I just didn't do it
. We minimized the side effects and used silicone that can be easily removed in case the side effects healed (at the time, it was thought to be a material for the nose bridge of autologous dermis or costal cartilage dew),
so we chose Hanjeom Hospital as a place where patients would not worry about side effects or any side effects
. I chose a hospital that seemed to have experience with side effects and reconstructive surgery when I chose to have it removed. I
was a little disappointed that the shape was greatly improved and I couldn't get a doll's nose, but in this situation, I was glad I had it done here.
I thought it was the hospital's fault . It could be possible, but I had faith in this place because I had chosen it after looking at several consultation centers.
It could have been thought that the hospital was at fault, but I didn't think there was any and I just thought I was unlucky.
So I accepted it more calmly than I thought and proceeded with treatment. .
I just hope that the inflammation doesn't recur again, but
it usually happens once it happens again.
If it recurs, I'm also planning to have it removed at an appropriate time.
If I wasn't working from home, I think it would have been really stressful.
I worry about the time I spend on my nose. ...
Unless your nose is really bad, I think it's best to buy the original nose cone.
I'm leaving a review for those who have inflammatory reactions or are thinking about cleaning it.
=====
I took off the taping today and luckily the inflammation has subsided.
I'll take good care of it.
