The first surgery was done with silicone + ear cartilage, but my skin is thin and the ear cartilage is visible, and the tip of my nose gets red when it's cold in the winter or when I drink alcohol, so after a year, I removed the ear cartilage and left only the silicone.
And after 7 years, I finally touched the tip of my nose. I had surgery using silicone + nasal septum, but the tip of my nose was sagging, so it didn't get any higher, but only the nose became longer. So, a week later, the nasal septum cartilage was removed and nasal cartilage tied.
As a result, my nose feels like it's been pinched, and since it has a straight shape from the start of the nose to the tip, my nose looks longer and looks like I've had surgery. After doing it several times, I developed a lot of scar tissue, so I had to get injections for the scar tissue several times, but it wasn't completely removed. Seven years later, I am looking into repeat surgery. The nose is the biggest mess on the face.
