It's been 3 years since I had costal cartilage rhinoplasty. Overall, I'm satisfied. My nose used to be very low, but after I had it, my overall facial balance improved. However, the tip of my nose was a little crooked, so I had another surgery, and it improved a lot. It's not an artificial implant, but my own costal cartilage, so it's not noticeable at all, and it's not noticeable at all when I get a CT scan, so I don't have to worry about it being detected. It's a bit more expensive than other implant surgeries, but I guess I have to put up with it for my own face.
