Consulting back and forth from the local area. I didn't worry too much because I only consulted and chose two places because it was annoying. There was one place where they did it extravagantly, and I heard that they used a donor rib at the tip of the nose, so I naturally chose this place.
Among the reviews, there were people who said that the beak was long and resembling a bird's beak, so I asked them to make it not look too long, and it was closer, but I have a big face and a small nose. I think it could have been taken a little longer.

The doctor was stubborn, so even though I was under sedation to ask for an additional 1mm, he ended up only increasing the size by 3mm. That's why it's such a shame. It's not like it would be obvious that I only raised the bridge of my nose by 1mm. It's not that difficult, but
I used 3mm silicone on the bridge of the nose, used fascia, and used some method (I can't go into detail) to the ear cartilage at the tip of the nose, and also corrected the columella and nasolabial angle! Also, my nose bone was wider than I thought, so I had to
grind it a little. I could feel it thinning during the surgery. I really like the change in
my
mouth, but I'm really disappointed

The surgery was done under both sedation and local anesthesia, so I woke up in the middle of it, but I didn't feel anything. When I asked them to let me go back to sleep, I went back to sleep for a while and then came back to consciousness, and so on, so it was fun.
