After about 5 years of having rhinoplasty with Gore-Tex, my nose seemed to be slightly upturned, so I had a dragon nose, but my nostrils were more visible, so I had it removed and had my own dermis done without implants and had the tip of my nose gathered. Now, 4 years later, I think less than 30% of my nose bridge remains. I paid 350,000 won back then, but I didn't like the design and it felt artificial, so I paid 150,000 won for another revision surgery... Thinking about 500,000 won... I'm just going with this mindset that getting implants means revision surgery.
