Hello, I had the surgery again in early August.
If you look at the previous photo, the nose is short and completely lifted, so the nasal column can be seen from the front.
There is no tip skin, the skin is thin, there is a medpore,
there is a very small nasal septum perforation, the mucous membrane is weak, and
I think I have contractures
.
#Silicone Autologous ear cartilage behind the ear,
costing 9.5 million won. Even if the same material is used, the cost varies depending on the condition of the nose and the level of difficulty. Just hearing the price may make you think it is expensive, but
from my point of view after the surgery, the results, follow-up care, and the hardships suffered by the teachers. I called the head of the anesthesiology
department , and
it includes VAT, treatment for a month ,
injections , etc., so I think it's worth the price rather than the price
.
These three things were written down during the consultation, and
the things that the director took care of starting from below:
Columnar width,
columellar volume (from the side view),
columella scar
, wide nostril,
looking pinched from the front (definitely better than before, perfect),
runny nose (surgical mesh) There were side effects, but
now it only comes out when I sneeze several times)
Skin on the tip of the nose appears.
The height, line, and shape
are
like this.
#The time was approximately 10 hours under general anesthesia.
The surgery time was too long, so I asked during the consultation and asked about
harvesting and sculpting the autologous ribs. It's about 4 hours...
and they clean it with antibiotics to prevent inflammation, swelling, and bruising,
stop the bleeding, and do other things.
That's why the surgery seems to take a long
time. After the surgery, you rest in the recovery room for 2-3 hours and then go home, which
is the same as other hospitals.
I was in better condition after waking up
than when I was under anesthesia at the second hospital.
The chief of anesthesiology was also called and he stayed at the hospital until the surgery was completed, so don't worry too much.
Many people who had surgery here that took 5 to 10 hours ended up going home fine after the surgery!
Personally, I think it's more appropriate to consider whether the director's nose style matches your aesthetic standards rather than the surgery time.
#Aftercare is good because it's so famous... haha.
I go to the hospital so often that I'm sick of it.
It's the one I go to the most among plastic surgery clinics in Korea. It's like.....
Don't just get paid to have surgery and then take responsibility for the treatment until the end.
Management is not about swelling lasers or swelling injections.
The director treats everything.
Dressing, applying medicine, shaping silicone, removing stitches
, and receiving fluids. If you say it hurts, look at it carefully.
But what's a little strange here is that there's no mention of steaming...
I've never used steaming, but there was almost no bruising or swelling.
#I'm writing this review because my nose is in great condition, not like a broker.
I didn't get a price discount of 10,000 won during the consultation,
and I didn't receive anything after the surgery. No, I'm
just writing this review because the surgery went so well and I'm grateful for the director's aftercare, and I'm congratulating him on the success of the surgery. I'm also someone who didn't know about the trend until a few months ago, so I think there are many people like me and
I'm writing this review with a grateful heart and want to spread the word as much as possible. Although it's very famous haha)
(If you type ㅌㄹㄷ review in the green window, a post I wrote will appear and I wrote it in more detail. I'm telling you this in case anyone is curious about the details.
I made it public so you can read it even if you are not a member.)

and the back of the phone after surgery.
#Small tip? If so, I called in mid-May and they said I could have a consultation in mid-October, but there was a cancellation slot, so I went for the first consultation at the end of May and the second consultation in mid-June, and the surgery reservations were fully booked,
so I was able to wait a month and have the surgery. So don't give up just because the consultation is too late. Just
wait. If you let go, it can happen much earlier than you think!
Here, I really want to recommend at least a consultation to those who are worried about a short, upturned nose, contracture, columella, or the tip of the nose.
I hope this article provides some hope to those who have a similar type of nose as me.. haha.
