It's been one month and 18 days since the surgery. Since I just had the surgery, the physical discomfort I feel may be resolved over time, but I think I'll write about all the discomfort I've felt so far. Please take this into consideration and
please understand that there are no photos.
I originally had a boxy nose, a slightly hooked beak, and a low nose bridge.
The nose was a bit short, but it wasn't low.
At the time of the consultation, they said it was possible without implants. What I wanted was to last a lifetime without worrying about side effects, and most of all, I wanted to improve my nose even though it didn't look like I had surgery. So, I gave up my greed for the bridge of the nose and had surgery with no implants.
I placed a septum support at the tip of the nose, tied the cartilage, and even corrected the columella.
