Have you ever used an implant?

[@2018] Don't wear implants!! Originally, there was a small nose and there was a reason for reoperation, so I chose not to use implants whenever possible!! I raised it thinly with the fascia of the bridge of the nose, and the tip of the nose is lightly touched with the ear cartilage and fascia!

I'm also looking for revision surgery, but I'm thinking of doing it safely and to a minimum, so I'm going to go. Did you remove any silicone or anything else before the revision surgery? Is there any pain in the part where the fascia is removed? Have you ever used scalp fascia?

[@Carpe   diem84] I used the fascia behind the ear (mastoid fascia??), not the scalp fascia! Ear cartilage, the folded part behind the ear? The wrinkle part? I make an incision for that part, but if you say it is the opposite side of the ear based on the incision line, you will understand, but the part where the fascia was removed is painful ㅠㅠ It is often said that nose surgery  hurts the ear more... There is this ㅠㅠ Of course, I think it will disappear as time goes by. Before the reoperation, I used silicone + mad pore + ear cartilage + alloderm (artificial dermis) for the first operation. It had already been removed, and only a single layer of mad pore, ear cartilage and artificial dermis remained on the tip of the nose!!

Removal of all the rhinoplasty, put the bridge of the nose back in a new state, and the nasal septum and partial support are ear cartilage, and at the tip of the nose, remove the silicone at the tip of the ear cartilage and the tip of the nose. You said that you put the fascia so that it doesn't show through! At the time of the preoperative surgery, I applied a 2mm thinner silicone gel, so there was a chin part even after removing it, but I didn't want a high-height nose ㅠㅠ I'm satisfied with the fascia...
