There was a time when I was a student who dreamed of going to a 20-year-old college campus and recklessly looked for procedures and surgeries just
for the cheapest price. I got rhinoplasty with my friends and was excited because it was relatively cheap, so I got closed surgery, but the silicone came down a month after the first surgery, leaving a clear silicone mark on the bridge of my nose. I had light AS with dissolvable thread and filler, but it returned to its original state a month later, so I had no choice but to get open reoperation two months after the first surgery. (The silicone came down only for me, but my friends got reoperations at other hospitals after 3-5 years because they realized it had built up.)
Since it was done as an AS, there was no additional cost, and the director was very kind. At that time, I didn't really know what was right and wrong with plastic surgery...ㅠㅠ For
the second surgery, I extended the taping period and taped it for two months so that it wouldn't come down, and I was really satisfied for the five years after that.
Five years later, one day, I felt a tingling pain, but I ignored it because the pain was mild, but at some point, my nose started to lift slightly.
It's already been nine years.
The hospital above did their best, so I'm glad and have nothing to complain about. I was really satisfied except for the scars for five years. (I tried scar treatment, but since I have extremely oily skin, sebum and sebum kept coming out, and the regeneration tape fell off, so it was useless. The hospital didn't even have a laser machine, so they tried everything until I stopped coming. Oh! And the hospital felt sorry for the scars and the unwanted reoperation, so I received carboxy 10 times as a service. It was quite effective.)
Now, I'm looking at my 30s, and when I look at it from the front, I can see the nostrils, and the tip of my nose is sunken. The scar from the open surgery is right in the middle, so I'm determined to have the reoperation and the last surgery. (Scar treatment as well)
I've been visiting 3-4 hospitals a day for the past week, and I'm going to choose the last hospital I have an appointment for today, Monday.
Since this is my third surgery, I'm worried and the cost is not cheap, but the good thing is that since only silicone was used, there are many options for my own options even if it's a second surgery? I'm trying to minimize side effects by using autologous costal cartilage, nasal septum, ear cartilage, and autologous dermis instead of silicone, but I still can't decide which is the wisest, so this could be a disadvantage.
I hope everyone achieves the goal (satisfaction) of plastic surgery without any problems.
