I'm writing this review in a hurry because of your interest ㅠㅠ
Since it's long, I'm using -eum body type.. I have
a wide face, but the front is sunken, and every single double eyelid surgery I've had has failed, so my face line is weird ㅠㅠ
While wandering around many plastic surgery clinics while contemplating whether to get double eyelid surgery or facial contouring,
there was a facial contouring hospital that I really, really liked, but it's so expensive that I can't even think about it ㅜ_ㅜ I
'm really having a hard time deciding between getting cheekbones on the sides, cheekbones in the front, and shaving my chin.
When I asked the director, "If you could recommend just one thing, what would you recommend?
", the director said, "If you had to recommend just one, I would recommend a nose job. Should I say it's a cost-effective surgery?
The only surgery that's sure to give you a better result for the money you spend on it to change your current image is coil surgery."
So I visited 16 hospitals specializing in nose jobs T_T
I'm a coward so I like to be safe.
To be honest, I thought it didn't matter if it was a little obvious since I was getting plastic surgery anyway,
but they did it so hard that my nose popped off! If I feel like this, I worry that it will collapse later, and
if I want to raise it strongly, they recommend additional things like costal cartilage or donated costal mesh, so
I have aversion to the basic silicone + ear cartilage or nasal septum cartilage, but I didn't want to put in those kinds of things.
Especially since it was my first surgery, I was even more so.
So I chose a hospital with a natural nose because I prioritized safety. ㅎㅎ..
As I wrote in the review, I don't really like having long consultations with the director about my nose, and I think the director doesn't show me any photos related to the surgery.
The image of what the patient's nose will be like after surgery is in the director's head, but I don't think the director shows me photos of the nose and talks about this and that.
And I also think that the director's consultation time is shorter than the director's consultation time.
It's good to have a meaningful consultation compared to the short time, but most of them don't.
I wanted to have the nose consultation entirely with the director, and I
only wanted to discuss the cost and the surgery date with the director, but
it was a hospital that was really perfect.
The director said that I should communicate with the director about anything I was curious about before the consultation, and
the surgery was done by the director. Because he was doing it, he said that I had to talk to the director about everything
and he didn't say anything else, which was really nice, and
the director's image was accurate, fast, detailed, and clean. It felt like there was
no frills
.
Those who have experience in the job would know that just because
a person is kind or seems warm doesn't mean they are good at their job. Haha.
At other hospitals, they show you how much they like something during the surgery, and when I asked them how it was here
, they said that they absolutely can't do it during the surgery and that the surgical site would be contaminated, so
they said that they would show you the line once after suturing everything before taping, which I really, really liked. It felt like they would do a clean surgery.
In fact, if the surgery itself is not done cleanly, the surgical site can get contaminated and cause inflammation, fever, or redness.. But I didn't even want to think about having to open my nose again so soon after the surgery ㅠ_ㅠ
And since my front is sunken, I consulted with him because I wanted to get fat grafting at the same time, but he said
that it wasn't worth it to do both and gave me a consultation that fit my current image.
Most hospitals
recommend it in a bundle
like "It's much prettier if you get fat grafting at the same time as getting a nose job~~" and even if they don't recommend it first, if you ask, it's definitely much better~~
They just parrot
irresponsible answers like "It'll be better if you get it regardless of my current image"
and not recommending it too much is a shame...ㅜ_ㅜ
My nose bridge is so flat that my first priority for rhinoplasty was to improve my nose bridge - second priority was to improve my blunt nose tip.
I really wanted a bridge of the nose between my eyebrows ㅠㅠ
I decided to get a silicone bridge of the nose + septum cartilage nose tip + beak correction, and
if necessary, they said they would use ear cartilage.
I had a consultation on Saturday, thought a lot over the weekend, and made a decision to make a surgery appointment for Monday.
I decided not to get fat grafting and came here without hearing the cost, but I wanted to get it done at the same time as my nose,
so I made up my mind to do it. I made a reservation for the fat grafting itself, saying that I would consult with the director again on the day of the surgery and decide.
I fasted for 4 hours before the surgery, including water
(so I ate 5 hours before lol.. That's why I gained weight).
I had another consultation with the director before the surgery, decided on the surgical direction, and
before the surgery, they marked the silicone location and fat grafting area on my face with a marker pen.
I was nervous even when someone touched my face lightly, but
before the director did anything,
he said, "I'm going to mark it for a moment~ It won't hurt~" to help me relax and
let me know what he was doing
. Before the surgery, I expressed my obsession with my bridge of the nose between my eyebrows again. lol
And then I went into the operating room
.
My surgery was at 10 am.
The fat grafting took 1 hour and the nose job took over 2 hours, so it took about 3 hours
. When grafting, they remove fat from my thighs...
Before removing it, they sprayed something like a disinfectant about 20 times.
I thought it would be okay to stop, but they kept spraying it... (embarrassed)
But it was nice because it seemed like they were doing it cleanly.
After they were all sprayed with the disinfectant, the director came in and said, "Think of it as riding a roller coaster." I said yes
and my mind flew away. After I came back a little later, I could hear the sound of fat being removed from my thighs and being fed into a machine. I could feel it a little, but it didn't hurt at all.
After all the fat was removed, the nurses helped me lie down properly on my front instead of
my stomach, did the fat grafting, and then told me to go back on the roller coaster.
When I came back to my senses,
I could feel something was happening during my nose surgery, but it didn't hurt at all.
Every time I came to, the director somehow told me what he was doing
and that the surgery was going well and
that it was almost over. Anyway, I didn't feel scared or bored at all.
After the surgery, he held a mirror in my hand and showed me the line of my nose.
The director said that he made the bridge of my nose higher and that
it didn't really match his taste. He gave me a mirror.
I was awake but the anesthesia hadn't worn off yet so I was a bit dizzy.
The line was pretty. Haha. Then he nodded as if it was okay and
put tape back on
. Ah... the surgery didn't hurt at all, but at the very end,
they disinfect my nose and sprayed something into my nose.
It was really spicy and stinging. I thought it would be like being attacked with pepper spray.
Anyway, that was the only time I was really miserable. Haha.
After the surgery, you might bleed a little from your nose, so put a gauze under your nose and slowly go to the recovery room.
You'll rest in the recovery room for about an hour and a half and then you can be discharged when you feel dizzy.
Since I'm from the countryside, I was discharged and I went to Seoul Station and took the KTX home..
But..
my swelling started going crazy since the evening of the surgeryㅜㅜ I
also got
fat grafting, so my overall swelling was really bad. The nose line before they taped it was pretty, but
now with the tape, my nose looks like it's upturned and
I'm super worried..
So I took a picture of my nose and wrote a comment saying it looked
upturned, but when I saw a few comments saying that my nose is still coming down a lot,
my feelings got even more complicatedㅜㅠㅜㅠ
I went back to the hospital on the 2nd, 4th, and 7th days after the surgery, and
when I told them on the 2nd day that my nose looked upturned, they said that it could look even more upturned because of the swelling after the surgery. I believed them and waited because they said that my nose wouldn’t look like this once the swelling went down.
They put gauze in my nose and disinfected it very carefully and thoroughly. It did
n’t hurt at all.
I was moved again that I chose the right hospital while disinfecting it. ㅜㅜ
After the director looked at my nose, he said that my nose was fine and my house was far so I wouldn’t come on the 4th day and that I could come on the 7th day. If it were closer, he would have told me to come, but since my house was too far, he said that I could choose if I wanted to. So I just went on the 4th day tooㅋㅋㅋㅋ
It’s too far, but I think I’d be anxious all day if I stayed at home, and
when they disinfected my nose, it felt like my nose was unclogged so it felt so good..
Anyway, I went on the 4th day again and they disinfected it and asked if the swelling in my nose had gone down a bit, but I
said I didn’t know yetㅜ-ㅜ They said it looked a bit raised and we talked like that for a while and
on the 7th day, I went to remove the tape and saw the line and it was pretty!!!!
My nose also felt like it was lifted a lot!!! It must have been because
there was some swelling, but because the tape was wrapped around my nose, I couldn’t see the bridge of my nose between my eyebrows, but
the bridge of my nose was raised!!!! The bridge of my nose was raised!!!
I don't feel like it, so he kept staring at my face as he came out.. I
'm so excited.
In fact, on the day of my nose surgery, I was like Bingsi;; Picking my nose with my hand.
It really hurt so much, but the fact that it was the first time in my life that I picked my nose on the day of my nose surgery
was so hopelessㅠㅠ I was sleeping and pulling the blanket over me and picking my nose againㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
It felt like my nose had gotten higher, but I couldn't feel it, so I kept...
I wanted to kill myself ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
In the past, I didn't have a bridge between my eyebrows , so I would rub my eyes straight
when I woke up
, but after my nose surgery, I was so surprised when I pushed my nose bridge and woke up,
and I pushed it several times like Bingsi, but it's still fixed, so I'm really excited.. It seems
like the silicone was fixed really well..;;;
Anyway, I visited the hospital again in the second week,
and I asked the director if
I did something to make the silicone move or anything,
and he gently touched it and said it didn't move or anything,
but if you push hard, the silicone moves and it keeps moving because it's not fixed,
so he said not to give it too much shockㅎㅎ
I already gave it to you.. Hehe.. Anyway, I'm glad it didn't move '-^
In the second week, the swelling had already gone down and it was completeㅎㅎ
At first, I cried and complained that it looked like it was
raised, but now it's really pretty. Annoyingly, the director said it could go down a little moreㅜ_ㅠ I
met my friends after getting my second week checkup and
they were all surprised
. They said that my nose and cheeks got plumper and my face became three-dimensional and
that it was worth the money and that I was prettyㅠ-ㅠ
Especially, my nose looks completely mine and when I told them that it's been exactly two weeks, they were so surprised
that they were dizzy. They said that the technology these days is really good and how there was so little swelling and
their reactions were hotㅎㅎ
I met my aunt and she thought my nose and facial contour were the same and she felt like my face got smaller and she always said that I got surgery so I thought I finally got it but she couldn't believe that it was only my noseㅋㅋㅋ
She said that it was really good and my aunt in her 50s also reacted hotly..
I visited the dental hospital where I used to get braces for observation and
they asked me to be careful because I had nose surgery, so the person in charge of me The female doctor
said, "Wow!!!" and said, "Your nose was fine before???"
But my image looks completely different and I look sophisticated ㅠㅠㅠ
They asked me where I got it doneㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
The reactions around me were even hotter so I was really happy *ㅡ_ㅡ*
More than anything, they said my nose was naturally pretty on my face without any signs of surgery.
I was so depressed when it swelled up a lot because it was done with fat grafting
and I regretted not getting it done at the same time, but
once the swelling went down and my cheeks became plump, I definitely felt more feminine and
I looked younger and more livelyㅎㅎㅎ
I've seen a lot of posts about people who felt swollen after surgery
and a lot of people who were depressed because the results after surgery were completely different from the image they wanted, but
here, my nose bridge was thick and natural and my nose line was pretty just as I wanted,
and the staff was always really kind after the surgeryㅋㅋㅋㅋ
My friend who came with me for the surgery said, "This hospital is really so kind ㅋㅋ"
They were so kind x kind...
Before the surgery, I worried and worried again if I made the right choice,
but after the surgery, I was so proud that I made the right choiceㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
If you want a natural nose job, I really recommend it!!!!!
