After the first surgery, the entire tip of the nose was absorbed, and I had a straight, high nose bridge for 10 years. Then, I recognized it as a natural semi-beoseon line.
After reoperation with silicone ear cartilage in 2014, contracture occurred and was removed. 6 months later,
I had reoperation with silicone ear cartilage at Jeongwon Plastic Surgery in Seoul, but it did not look good. I didn't like this so I just received a consultation, but they said it was better to have surgery quickly because the red nose was serious. After reoperation at another plastic surgery clinic with silicone, ear cartilage, and mesh, the tip of my nose turned dark red. A year later, I decided to have reoperation only on the tip of my nose at the same hospital, but it was very bad after the surgery. When I inquired about the swelling, I was told that not only had the buttocks been treated, but the silicone had also been replaced.
After another 6 months, the tip of my nose started to turn red.
The hospital insisted that it wasn't red. The tip of my nose was also soft. They said it was red because it was cold in the winter.
Afterwards, I injected Rejuran Healer into my nose 3 times to help with engraftment, but it wasn't effective, so I ended up with 2 injections of autologous fat grafting, and went to get consultation for a reoperation to confirm the contracture. (I paid all the costs myself.)
I really think there will be no end to this vicious cycle. .
It's a contracture, so I need to have reoperation quickly, but I'm trying to be careful. I am in a hurry and am looking for a hospital that is authoritative for revision rhinoplasty surgery.
I would like to ask for good advice from those who have had successful surgery with a similar experience as me.
