I had nostril lowering, nose tip tying, nose bridge silicone, and septum deviation surgery!
The original plan was to lower only the nostrils because they were too high, but the structure of my nose meant that the entire nose had to be touched, so they did the same for the tip of my nose. I didn't know it, but they said the inside of my nose was curved, so they also had septum deviated surgery. People around me recommended that I put it in, haha..)
The surgery was performed under general anesthesia, and the first week was very difficult. I had cotton stuffed up my nose, so I woke up suffocated, and worst of all, I couldn't wash it, so it felt like my skin had become double-layered with dog oil.
I had the splint removed on the 7th day, and the first look after the splint was removed was not what I had hoped for. So I thought it was ruined, but the swelling went down and the appearance completely changed. The first appearance was a straight line from the eyebrow bone to the tip of the nose like a human face fish, but now the line has been created in a streamlined shape from slightly lower than the eyebrow bone to the tip of the nose.
Now, I can breathe well after the septum deviation surgery, and there was little change in the nostrils at first, but as time goes by, they are slowly coming down along the tip of the nose, and the bridge of the nose is well established, so I am very satisfied.
