Two months ago, when I didn't know much about plastic surgery and didn't even know about the existence of a plastic surgeon, as I became more relaxed after a busy day and my greed for rhinoplasty was growing, I downloaded a plastic surgery app and sold my products. I was looking into this and that, but there were doctors at both hospitals who only chose the lines that I liked, so I made an appointment right away and received a consultation from them. At the first hospital, there was a female teacher who gave me detailed consultation for almost 40 minutes, including drawing pictures. I went to the second hospital while my heart was 70% satisfied with the first hospital. At the second hospital, the consultation was relatively short, but the director, who only had a nose job, said that he would accurately look at the functional aspects of the nose and improve it, perhaps because he specializes in otolaryngology. Perhaps because he specializes in noses, I also gained confidence here. However, perhaps because I remembered the 40-minute detailed consultation about my nose, I chose that hospital and eventually underwent surgery. It's been two months now, and the cartilage in one nostril is bent, making it difficult to breathe, the arrow nose has not improved at all, and the tip of my nose is thick and blunt, so it looks like I had surgery to make the tip of my nose bigger, not to make it prettier. The bridge of the nose had a lot of silicone and the silicone was thin, but the tip of the nose suddenly got bigger and the shape was very strange, and the columella sank too much, making the nose look even longer. When I went to the consultation again, they said it looked great, but if I didn't like it, they would of course have a second surgery, but I didn't have any faith in it at all.
