Hello, as of today I'm at D+7 since I had rhinoplasty :)
First of all, I went today and had the outer stitches + ear stitches + silicone sheet removed.
The hospital I went to had the splint removed and the stitches removed two days later, so I had the stitches removed today haha.
First of all, removing the stitches really hurts. I was really scared right before I went in because I heard and saw so many things, but my nose and ears didn't hurt as much as I thought, just a tingling sensation!! Stinging!! To this extent..? I was just holding my breath and the sting was bearable! So don’t be too scared..!
Of course, there are individual differences for each person,,ㅠ
If you have your ears pierced, you can tolerate it haha It hurts less than getting your ears pierced!
Now, in a week, they say they will remove the dissolving thread (internal stitches), but I heard that it also hurts so much, and I'm really nervous haha. ㅠㅠ Ha, I'm glad that the pain will end once I remove this...
