I had fat grafting on my nose, eyes, and forehead three years ago in the summer.
I've had a very small, low, and short nose since I was little, so I was stressed out. When I became an adult, I thought I was going to save up money and get my nose done.
I didn't do much research, but I heard from an acquaintance that I could get it done a little cheaper, so I got it done right away. I'm not sure exactly,
but I got it done with 4mm silicone and a septum. Since my nose was so small, only my close friends got it done, and people I knew after the surgery absolutely didn't recognize me or sometimes said I had to get my nose bridge
done. At first, I was disappointed, but I consoled myself that it was okay because I didn't have a nose and it was better than before.
But after the hot summer this year, when the seasons changed,
I suffered from allergic rhinitis, which is usually severe at this time. Because of this, I went to an ENT clinic and got a prescription for medicine and treatment, but it didn't get worse, so I went twice or three times and got treatment.
After that, I was stressed out from going to interviews and preparing for jobs, so maybe it was because of my immune system... Anyway, I noticed a lump forming in front of my left eye and next to the bridge of my nose. I was scared, but I didn't think much of it, and then I looked it up on the internet on my own and went to 4 different ENT clinics, 2 ophthalmology clinics, 1 university hospital special neurosurgery clinic, and 2 plastic surgery clinics (2 anti-inflammatory injections at my original location) and had 3 CT scans. But it was hard to keep repeating the same repertoire of when I got the plastic surgery, where I got it, and why I got it at every place I went. But every hospital said it was because of the silicone. It wasn't a silicone problem, but an ENT clinic. They said it was a lacrimal sac problem or a trigeminal neuralgia problem. They didn't know and just prescribed antibiotics. I was worried about antibiotic resistance, but I took it consistently. It didn't work, but in the meantime, the pain from my left forehead to my chin got worse. The lump got bigger and the area between my eyebrows and eyebrows swelled up like an avatar, and it got serious. (It gets really bad when I'm tired or stressed.
Also, when I rest a lot or sometimes there's no pain at all. I didn't press on the lump, but it was hard when I touched it. ㅜㅜ Now, the constant pain on half my face is gone. Instead, the area around my eyes, nose, cheekbones, and the upper part of my forehead.... It hurts when I touch it, so I can't put on makeup wellㅜㅠ) I thought it couldn't be done, so I went to another plastic surgery clinic. There, they said that my nose shouldn't have surgery, so I went to an ENT clinic and if it was the problem, they would remove it. But since then, I haven't been able to find a hospital or go for a month because of something elseㅜㅜ I made an appointment for the removal today, but I'm going to make an appointment for a few more places and have consultations this week, and if it's right, I'm going to make an appointment at a university hospital if it's not the surgery right awayㅠㅠㅡ I've been suffering so much for 5 months because of thisㅠㅠ I should've just lived with a low noseㅠㅠㅠ
You can't tell by looking at it from the outside, it's red or irritated,).. Maybe it's because my skin is originally dark, but to me, that area looks darker than other placesㅜ
It goes right back to the touchㅜㅜ That's why doctors all say that there's no sign of inflammationㅠㅠ Even if they tell me to remove it because of the silicone, I hope there's a clear cause and if contracture doesn't occur after the removal I wishㅜㅜ
