It's now been a year since I had rhinoplasty.
It was a local anesthesia, not a general/sleeping anesthesia, and the method involved removing ear cartilage and inserting it into the nose along with silicone.
Anesthesia was administered to the nose and ear area where the cartilage was to be removed, and something was covered over the face during the surgery.
The surgery took a total of about 2 hours.
The bottom of the nose is cut out, the nasal bone is trimmed while the flesh is lifted, and the implant is placed on top of it.
This is how the surgery ends.
It looks good and I am satisfied so far^^
