septum ear cartilage.
Originally, it was
short + protruding, so the
main purpose was to hide the extension and the nostrils.

red area, covered with ear dermis, trimmed cartilage, and

, the nostrils went down and the nasal bridges were trimmed . ..

I raised my nose tip saying that the tip of my nose was also drooping, but I
can't stand my nose...
I showed the counselor a reddened picture on the phone and told me to do
another surgery

I feel like my nose can't stand silicone..
