It's been 2 years since I had nose surgery. I didn't use ear cartilage or other materials, just silicone, but to be honest, after the swelling went down, I knew that the silicone was a little biased to the right. (It did make me pretty. I was stressed because I had clowns, but I stopped thinking about clowns after getting nosed.) I just said let's do it. I went to the hospital again to have a reoperation (I don't have money right now), and I consulted with a doctor, but the doctor said he could do it again, but my nose is lower on the right side, so if I put silicone on it, I can only do it. I can do it again, but I'm gambling. They even say that because my face is asymmetrical, the upper and lower halves of the nose are trying to find the center in different directions. He said that the sagging of the nose was because the lower part of the nose was weak and could not support it, so he asked if it was possible to insert cartilage to support it. They say it's okay, except for the silicone, and it's the same as before. For this reason, I signed up for a cafe because I just wanted to go to a really good place and have a revision surgery.
