It's been 40 days since I got my nose done and I'm thinking about getting a second surgery. People around me say my nose looks like it was stuck with a clothespin and that it looks unnatural. And even to me, my nose looks like an upturned nose, and I feel like I've done almost every surgery possible on my nose. I've had side nose osteotomy, beak osteotomy, nostril reduction, nose bridge, and nose tip, but it doesn't look flat and it looks too stubby. The biggest problem is the front. And when you look from the front, it looks stubby and triangular. And I wanted a straight nose, but they made it into a semi-strap nose, which many women do. And when you look from the side, the wings of my nose are too high. I'm really worried. Can I get some advice on how to make it look natural even if I get a second surgery? Even if the bridge of my nose is like that, isn't there any way the tip of my nose can be improved?
