The
surgery was done by removing the hook and cutting both sides of the nasal bones. Since the septum was curved, I corrected it with rhinitis surgery and the tip of the nose was erected using autologous cartilage. .
The result is... vague;
The tip of the nose is gone, but only the tip of the nose is too high. I can see the nostrils. The
osteotomy part is bumpy..
Compared to before the surgery, the tip of the nose is higher and the hook is gone, but it's not so pretty... I have a lot of cosmetic blemishes...? TT The
tip of
the nose will come down???
