20 years ago, when nose surgery materials were not as diverse as they are now, I used L-shaped silicone to raise it very slightly.
Other people barely notice that I had nose surgery, and even on CT, they say there is a very thin layer of silicone on top. I recently found out that it's actually L-shaped.
For 20 years, I mistakenly thought that only the bridge of the nose was added... Fortunately, there were no side effects or inflammation.
However, I recently suffered an injury near my mouth and was shocked up to the tip of my nose. When I sleep on my side, it feels like it's being tilted.
Has the silicon escaped? I've always had a foreign body sensation, and they say L-shaped silicone is dangerous, and I'm thinking about having reoperation with autologous dermis this time, but the decision isn't easy...
Among my former colleagues, there's a person who had his nose made bigger like Pinocchio (reoperation) 6 After about a month or a year,
it shrunk by half, took shape and looked pretty. (It's been a few years now, so I don't know if it was absorbed.) Now that I think about it,
