Hello~ I had eye and nose surgery in Busan about 6 months ago. The eyes had eye correction and double eyelids, and the nose was slightly curved, so the tip of the nose was tied with cartilage and placed with 4mm silicone. The problem is that the eyes are really good and don't look like plastic surgery, but the nose is the problem... When I first got it in, I was worried because it looked like silicone was put in the nose diagonally, but the doctor said I should wait 6 months and see if the swelling goes down... It's been almost 6 months now. It's getting done, but when you look at the nose from the left, there's no silicone mark, but when you look at the right side, there's a big straight silicone mark... When you touch it, it feels like the skin is rising and only the silicone is sticking out, and that part is even more noticeable because the contrast and darkness are deep. .. So I'm worried about whether I should have a reoperation or whether I should have the silicone removed. What I'm curious about is that they say that procedures such as inserting an implant into the nose have to be removed at some point because it becomes inflamed or blemishes... And even with self-dermal treatment, the shape is abnormal. It can be dangerous because it is difficult to remove once it has formed. So, I read an article saying that you should never, ever get rhinoplasty. So, I am worried. Should I have a second surgery or remove the silicone? I paid about 200 to get one nose job. But... it looks like the doctor made a mistake because the silicone is bent... The doctor said that the bridge of my nose is naturally curved, so no matter how much silicone I put in right away, the silicone will bend to follow the shape of the bridge of my nose. They say there's nothing I can do about it, so I'll stick with the bridge of my nose. They say I have to cut it and straighten it, but that means the surgery itself will be too big... Do you want to take that much risk to become prettier? You said that... After listening to it, it seems like what the doctor said is right... Ha... What should I do...? Is there anyone who has had about 4mm of silicone inserted and lives without problems for over 10 or 20 years?
