I just had revision eye surgery, and now I'm back for revision rhinoplasty... ㅠㅠㅠ I'm kind of sad because it's a revision surgery....
I had autologous dermal nose surgery, and the reason I chose revision surgery is because it was low even after the first surgery with silicone, so there wasn't much of a difference. There wasn't one. So, I chose self-dermal dermatology because I thought the maximum would be a little higher. I took the hard dermis from her buttocks and placed it on the bridge of her nose, and used ear cartilage for the tip of the nose. Even though I was in really bad conditions for getting my nose done, I am quite satisfied. I really hate noses that are too high, look unnatural, or look like I've had plastic surgery. In that respect, since I use something that's natural and on my own body, there's no reason for it to get inflamed, and I think self-dermal treatment is good. I feel like I'm an admirer, but I'm definitely not, hahahaha. My friends also want to do self-dermabrasion. Of course, the cost is a bit higher than silicon. But since inflammation will never occur... When I had my first surgery, I thought there was no problem at all in terms of appearance and that the height was the only problem, but during the surgery, the doctor said that the internal inflammation was not a joke and that the surgery would take longer than expected. So, I chose fat rather than silicone. I think it's better to perform surgery using something from your own body, such as a transplant or autologous dermis. Oh, if you have any other questions, I'll answer everything to the best of my knowledge!
