I had rhinoplasty with total fat graft in early June .
My goal was to make the
front cheekbones look too skinny (the cheekbones under the eyes)
, so the shade under the eyes looked
flattering.
It's kind of like drawing eyes, nose and mouth on paper. The forehead and nose are
protruding a little (my parts were partly praised, of course!)
Anyway, the face plate looks flatter as I get older, so
I wanted to transplant some fat in front of the cheekbones. I did.
However, they said that it could make the
nose
look low, so
the scope of surgery was expanded to all fat and the nose
. .
And because Jeko was not so low and had a strange shape, he said that it was
a good condition for nose surgery, the results would be better, and the synergistic effect would make the face look smaller. He said that all of the surgeries were designed in consideration of my asymmetrical face
.
It was so huge - I thought
I was going to become a fan lady just like this.
Nose swelling, bruising all over the face, swelling of fat grafting, forehead, cheekbones, and chin protruding from fat graft
.....
I never expected it to come out.
Meanwhile, the chin looked slightly swollen.
Most of the time, when it swells, it comes out and swells all over..
The chin was almost like a devil's chin.
In my opinion, the first fat graft was
inflated as if it was put in to try to figure out what shape it should be put in, but it seemed like it was
put somewhere less and it looked unstable.
The nose looked too full-bodied and
absurdly small and short compared to the face.
So I went to counseling.
It'll get better after the second round, and it's because the nose is still swollen...] When I asked if he had
the
chin extended downwards, he said yes
. .
And in the 2nd car, I was told not to put it in the front and do not pull
it down.
In fact, it was difficult to determine how long the chin was even up to this time. It might be swelling, so
I didn't show much color.
I hope he didn't intentionally
make
the chin longer for a patient with a long
face
. The plastic surgeon said that...
I was really at a loss for words.
If I had known it would be like this, I should have checked my qualifications as a doctor at
that time... If I
compare
my current appearance as I am writing this now with what I was before, my
forehead was convex before, but now it is so convex that I have
to cover it with my bangs. It looks like an alien
. The chin is 3mm longer than before (I had a scar on the tip of the chin, but I couldn't see it from the front, but I can see it from the front now)
I
ca
n't wear
the tops that go up to my neck. The surgical method deformed 3mm of silicone and the cartilage at the tip of the nose, and just lifted it up a
little and tied it.
So the tip of the nose is too dark compared to the forehead.
Combined with the increase in the length of the chin, the nose
looks completely short compared to the length of the face, and it is very unnatural.
The silicone is not yet properly seated in the nasal bone, so it moves. And because I'm asymmetric,
the left part of my face is bigger.
The left nose is a little longer,
and considering the asymmetry, the asymmetry is more revealed in the nose.
The one on the right is the right length, but the one on the left has the nose down. It's very short. It's small compared to the size of the face on the left, and it looks pretty
. If you look at it from the front, you can see the nose hole.
The right part of the cheek is not as bad as Hyejeong Yoo, but there are
two shades. It's like the cheeks are drooping, like a
bulldog..
There is no limit to what I want to say, but reading it seems like it would be too much work, so I have to cut it down
. As many of you know, I am thinking of doing it at a specialist counseling hospital.
I think I should be compensated for my money and mental stress. We need your opinions and help. ㅜㅜ I'll post a
picture as well.
However, due to the nature of the surgery, fat grafting is said to make your feet look better than
the real thing because of the volume
. It may look better than what I described, but
in reality, it is not –
I think most people who are not good at fat grafting know that...
Anyway, I don't want to have reoperation at this hospital.
The first operation is
important,
but I
am
worried
that the second operation at another hospital will also go wrong because of this
operation . I would like to get a refund.
I want to get rid of all the fat on the chin, and I want to know
if the transplanted fat is really intractable.
If you have any, please.
Thank you for reading my absurdly long rant.
