I had my nose set up with Silly and a septum, but
after getting hit in the nose by my younger brother,
the cartilage right behind the columella was suddenly sore and sore that I felt like
I was dying. So I went to the hospital and had surgery to remove my septum,

it doesn't even look like my septum was removed. My nostrils are the same length
