I had nose surgery 3 weeks ago.
Originally, my nose wasn't that ugly, so I wanted to slightly raise the bridge of my nose, but the doctor said that I should do an osteotomy and trim the entire thing to make it look pretty, so I made the decision without knowing much about plastic surgery. She never thought she would regret this much in her life. I can't even meet people. She was so greedy that she couldn't make a living or participate in social activities. I'm not confident.
They said that the surgery was performed using nasal septum cartilage and silicone for the osteotomy, but
I found out later that in addition to the septal cartilage, ear cartilage was also used. I heard that ear cartilage was used because there was a lack of septal cartilage. Are there cases where there is a lack of septal cartilage?
The nose is completely raised like a snub nose, the philtrum is too long, the length of the nose is too short, and it has turned into a very round nose. The nose has become very big, and the middle part of the nose in profile is rather off, and the center of the nose seems to have shifted slightly from the osteotomy and the bridge of the nose. The shapes are all wrong.
Strangely, perhaps because of the bridge of my nose, my eyes are drawn together into a fierce look, my entire nose is also hard, and my overall look is so weird that it's stressful.
I thought I wouldn't be able to meet people, but a few days ago I started meeting people because I have no choice but to face them at work. It's quite stressful because everyone who sees me asks why my face looks so strange.
I want to remove it, should I do it after 6 months? Should I do it within 3-4 weeks?
Isn't it simply because of swelling that the nose becomes short, round, fat, puffy, puffy, with eyes drawn together, and with a long philtrum?
Especially since I had an osteotomy, will my nose become bumpy? I just want to go back to the way it was before, but is it difficult if I have to use my nasal septum and ear cartilage and even have a silicone osteotomy? How much does the removal cost?
Please help, what do you think of those who had to have their nose removed or had it removed due to a failed nose surgery? I wasn't thinking about doing an osteotomy, but I guess I should have made it clear that I wasn't going to do an osteotomy.
