Today, the 6th day since the surgery, I removed all the splints and tapes

Looking at my nose right away, I knew what the nose bridge was referring to..
Now I have a silicone nose bridge with
septal cartilage on the tip of my nose, but
I have a dark red bruise in the middle of my nose bridge and the tip of my
nose!! I'm blunt!!!!
And the nostrils don't change from before... I
was
hoping that the
nostrils would get longer like my friend while lengthening the nose and tipping the nose ... The bluntness is really too bad.
The lines on my nose are completely gone, and the width of my nose is wider than the distance between my eyes.
Is this ok if I leave it as it is??? If the swelling doesn't go down like this, how long will I have to endure it? Right now , I'm going crazy. Oh
, and this wheezing + tingling + throbbing feeling like a bug crawling on my nose,
please comment...ㅠ
