The reason it was removed is because of the shape, but I think the inability to tolerate a feeling of foreign body was the bigger factor because the nasal septum went all the way to the tip of the nose and the tip of the nose was hard, like touching your elbow.

In the 9 months before the removal, I think I went to the hospital more than 10 times just for the removal consultation. In the name of counseling, I cried and complained... But I guess I was lucky.
Before the removal of the septum, I was very worried that it would collapse or that my nose would be completely lifted...
The swelling hasn't gone down yet, and I can't tell you because it's said that the contracture will come soon. The current state seems to be somewhere between the old nose and the nose after surgery.
I don't know how to explain it, but I like how it looks after removal. Originally, the side profile was very long because the tip of the nose was extended with the nasal septum, but after removal, it shortened, and the shape of the nose remains slightly half-beige as it was after surgery.
And the front view was a little higher than the original nose, but after surgery, the nostrils came down rather than clearly visible.
If you look at the nostrils from the bottom, it looks like an 11-shape, and it looks like someone had surgery.
If I had known that it would come back so quickly, I would have wanted to remove it earlier... but since I waited for a long time and removed it after the nose had loosened up to some extent, I think it would have been removed without any serious side effects... I am comforting you
