About 2 weeks ago, it swelled again a lot
and got inflamed, so I had to have surgery
again, but these days, it seems like it swells every morning,

(Before I had nose surgery, my face didn't get swollen even after eating ramen . After the surgery, only my nose was swollen.)
Should I sleep sitting down?
