Today is the 11th day since my surgery,

I still can't breathe through
my nose and I can't smell
. I made my
nose bridge with a septum removed . I think I've done everything I can. I was
so frustrated today, so I went to the otolaryngologist. They said the septum was too
swollen
and was blocking the pores
. No..
It looks like a convex hump on the inside of the right nose. Is this a spleen
? The ENT does not give a definitive answer and tells
you to go to the hospital where you operated, but is it because you are still in the recovery stage

Oh, and I didn't add any implants, so why does the forehead look like an
avatar and like a lioness? When you touch it, it is hard, but will it become hard and
wear out later?
