I think my nose was lifted after nose surgery ㅠㅠ

I had nose surgery on Monday. The bridge of the nose is made of silicone 5mm & the tip of the nose is made of ear cartilage . ...to be honest... I think the tip of my nose was lifted a little after nose surgery... Like a pig's nose ㅜㅜ People around me say no... but I'm nervous.. ㅜㅜ It's Thursday, so it's the 4th day... Will it be lowered even a little? Experienced people please reply

I can't see it without taking out the middle of the nose.. Please re-upload the picture after removing the splint.. Makes it look shorter~
