I'm a male and I had surgery without prosthetics. My
nose bridge was originally shaped, but the beak and tip of my nose are a bit droopy.
I had a functional nose, beak osteotomy, and nose tip heightening surgery
using ear cartilage, donated ribs, and nasal septum.
The surgery took place 22 days ago, and
on the day the cast was removed in the first week, the doctor told me to compress the tip of my nose with taping
because there was no difference in the tip of my nose, but there was a beak
. During the second week checkup, he told me to physically press down on the beak because it was raised.
I wanted a straight line and was concerned about the beak, so I had the surgery, but is this right? Please think
about it together. In reality, it looks more curved than in the picture.
What should I say about this when I go for the third week checkup?
I feel like I want to repeat the year...
Of course, there is still swelling, but the swelling on the bridge of my nose seems to have gone down a lot... What should I do to fix this?
