Since it was my first surgery, I really wanted to use a septum, but
among the hospitals I consulted with, there were some that said that it would improve if I used a rib, so
I started to get confused about the materials...ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Do I really have to use a rib vs. What if I don't use a rib and my bulbous nose doesn't look good?.. The Jekyll and Hyde inside my mind started to fight....
That's how I ended up visiting the last hospital ㅋㅋ I heard that Director Kim is a tsundere and that he only tells me what I need to know, so I went into the consultation with a vague thought that I might get the right answer here..
As expected, using a septum would be enough, but I was told that I would need a partial osteotomy..
I didn't worry much after deciding on the hospital. It was because I was so sure, and when I consulted with the director again right before the surgery, I was like, "Please do a nose job, thank you... I went in after carefully designing it."
Before the surgery My nose was really low and had a feeling of going up a bit steeply, but now it feels really straight and smooth. Before, my face proportions looked strangely ruined, but now that I have a good nose, I get the effect of looking better. I often hear that my face looks stuffy -> I look sophisticated.
In particular, they tell me what to do and what not to do by comparing the pictures they brought with my nose, and rather than telling me to do this or that about the surgery, they said that just doing this would be enough, so there was no need to worry or refuse anything
. The recovery period as well... The only thing that was difficult was the cotton that was put in my nose, and the swelling went down faster than I thought, maybe because of my constitution, but I just put an ice pack on it and drank pumpkin juice. (Humidifier is essential, I took the cotton out on the second day)
