After applying anesthesia cream and waiting for about 20 minutes for the surgery, I was not nervous at all and felt comfortable except for getting anesthesia injected into my nose. (It hurts enough to make you cry when getting the anesthesia injection, but no pain, no gain... everyone, please remember this..)
They tied one side of my nose and confirmed how much they would reduce it during the surgery. If they want to reduce it more, they can reduce it more, and if they want to loosen it more, they can do it. Some noses have restrictions on how much they can reduce, but since mine is one of those noses, the director said he would reduce it as much as he could, so I trusted him and had the surgery.
