First of all, I had a septum and silicone for my first surgery,
but the silicone was too high, so it didn’t match my face at all,
and the tip of my nose fell off over time and became a really ugly nose..

The swelling also went down quickly, so after a month, most of the swelling was gone, and

At first, I thought it was a bit flashy, but as time went by, it gradually became more natural, which is nice.
