I didn't want to hear people say that my appearance changed because of the nose surgery, so I wanted to have the surgery done in a way that was as discreet as possible. The director fully reflected my opinion, so I'm very satisfied with the result, to the point where people around me wouldn't recognize me if I didn't tell them directly that I had the surgery.
