A few years ago, I had surgery on the tip of my nose without prosthetics at a large hospital
(they said that if I just hold the tip of my nose without touching the beak, the upturned nose would improve).
As a result of the first surgery,
there was no significant difference in the beak, and the tip of my nose did not go down as much.
Even in the photo, my nose still did not have a three-dimensional effect,
as the tip of my nose looked flat. I
had no intention of using silicone to raise the bridge of my nose. I would have been satisfied if only the short tip of my nose had been improved a little and the beak had not looked so bad. However
, I was not satisfied at all,
so I decided to have a revision rhinoplasty more than a year after the surgery. Since I wanted to have a revision surgery without prosthetics,
I started looking for a director who had many reviews of revision surgery without prosthetics. I
spent almost half a year researching hospitals and directors,
reading reviews, going for consultations, listening to what the directors said,
organizing them, and studying them separately to check if it was worth it.
Of all the ones, I was most attracted to the one that filled the bridge of my nose with retroauricular fascia
without using prosthetics
to make it somewhat smooth and used cartilage from both sides to create the tip of my nose.
I am currently having a revision surgery and have some time. It's been quite a while and
the shape of the tip of my nose was created with ear cartilage, but it's still there without sagging
. While looking through my photo album,
I found out that the pictures were taken before and after the second surgery, and about 2 weeks later?
Is there really a limit to rhinoplasty without implants? I thought that, but
after the second surgery, I found out that it's definitely possible without implants...
I succeeded on my second
try, but for those who want to get a rhinoplasty without implants,
I think it's a good idea to find a good director and succeed in one go.
It seems like a good nose shape can come out without implants too.
