My facial features are clear overall! Big eyes! Big mouth! So my nose was kind of big, but when I went to a hospital that a friend introduced me to, they said they would take care of the height and shape to suit my face~ It wasn't difficult~ ㅋㅋ The director's attitude toward my nose, like scar management, swelling management, sebum management, etc.. The hospital system where they would take care of any aftercare that was needed while observing the progress seemed to fit me well, so I put down a deposit and had the surgery right away ㅋㅋ Maybe it's because
my nose is on the big side, but I heard that my nasal septum was sufficient, so I only used my nasal septum without mixing anything, and I thought I would need 3mm silicone, a bulbous nose correction, and a beak correction, and I thought I would need an osteotomy
(because other hospitals all told me the same thing, yeah)
But the director here...? He said I didn't have to do it. I think you can think of it as just having the beak shaved without a bone graft

I honestly just went for a walk. Some people walk for 30 minutes to an hour every day, but I... ㅋㅋ I just went to the convenience store, cleaned up at home, and that's about it..?
I only moved enough to walk from the bus stop to my house. I think it had to do with the fact that the swelling wasn't that bad to begin with. I've seen people whose eyes hurt, but it wasn't that bad, and my lower jaw was a little swollen..?
Don't expect too much after the cast is taken off. ㅋㅋㅋ If your nose wasn't in great condition before the surgery, then I don't know, but it must have been swollen at first because of the swelling. ㅋㅋ I hope you don't believe everyone who says that it felt so good as soon as the cast is taken off! ㅋㅋ It's only been a week since the surgery, right? Don't be depressed or stressed out because the swelling is so big. Just think about what's better than before. Simply and plainly, after watching the progress with the director, come home and do steaming and going for walks as the hospital told you to do. If you spend time managing it like that, your nose shape that you had in mind will start to come out little by little. That's after a month~
At first, after taking off the cast, I was like, what is this? What's this swelling? My nose bridge is huge! I thought it would be thin, but it's not. My forehead is also slightly swollen. I couldn't control my facial expressions a bit, but the only consolation was that my beak was gone and my nose bridge was narrower. ㅋㅋ What the director said when I got the swelling management and came out..
Time really is the medicine. You have to wait.. Don't be stressed out and wait... Then it will really get better... It's all swollen, so it will go down on its own... ㅋㅋ
When I went to check on the progress of a month and a half, the director said that the swelling was really going down well. He said that residual swelling can last for more than 6 months, so let's wait and see.
